Probably custom made in a very nice textured white rayon with blue dots. She has a truly beautiful cut, super elegant waisted jacket and a curvy shaped dress. Both close with front buttons. Note the dress has a big button hole close to the neckline, we supose it used to have some kind of fabric detail through the hole or something. Defenitely not for a button.
