近江晒の加工を施し、製品染めをしました。近江晒とは生地ををゆっくりと時間をかけて丁寧にもみほぐし、生地の膨らみと味わいある細かなシワを作り出す加工方法の一つです。製品染と相まって味わいある風合いが生まれます。

わたしたちが厳選した超長綿を特別な番手に紡績し、丸編みの名産地である和歌山県内でも特に腕の良いニッターにお願いし、別注の小寸の機械で編んで作り上げた天竺です。しなやかさと耐久性を両立させる素材の力と、編みの目の立ち方や度目の細かな調整による職人の力が組み合わさり、ベーシックながら最上の着心地を表現しています。
