VICTORIAN MOURNING CAPE JAN26 Side button closuresExtremely fragile Victorian mantle. Recommended as a decor piece. It is wearable, but is in as is condition. As photographed, the beading has come undone in many areas. The beadwork on the mantle itself is still intact and strong. There is netting on each side of the shoulders that has tore. Closes around neck with a hook and eye. Price reflects condition. FREE SIZE
