1960s Asymmetric velvet cape - Small Sparkly and tortoiseshell effect lucite lidA sumptuous 1960s mod vamp cape in soft black velvet, with intentionally disturbed pile giving wonderful texture. With asymmetric button fastening allowing for one arm to slip through, and a slit for the arm on other side. No makers label remains, but has been commercially made to a nice standard.
