There are a couple faint yellow spots- one is on the bodice near breast but is too faint to capture in photograph and not quite noticeable

There are many hallmarks of the late-30s to early 40s

there is a reddish fiber woven into the nubby cotton (manufacturing discrepancy) on the side of the skirt (see image)

I am a 38-29-39 and it fit me well
