This is a lovely relaxed fit hoodie where the front piece is actually made up for 3 pieces of fabric - a centre "panel" piece and then a "side" piece either side of the panel

The tunic version sits below the hips to just above mid thigh and has a slightly scooped hem line

welt pockets and a collar (instead of a hood) and an option for thumb hole cuffs that can be worn to keep little hands warm or they are long enough to fold back for times when you don't need the thumb hole

Its not quite a full circle skirt but it still has the twirl factor (this has been fully tested by my 9 year old)
