Constructed of a coppered bronze alloy, consisting of an oval disc, the obverse bearing a central raised NSFK insignia, circumscribed by an inscription of NATIONALSOZIALISTISCHES FLIEGERKORPS DEUTSCHLANDFLUG 1938 (NATIONAL SOCIALIST FLYERS CORPS GERMANY FLIGHT 1938), the reverse bearing a raised inscription of MIT UNSEREM FHRER IM GLEICHEN SCHRITT UND
