Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a central circular laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, surrounding a central patinated bronze eagles head, flanked on each side by nine oak leaves, the reverse with a single visible rivet securing the eagles head in place, with a barrel hinge and banjo style pinback meeting a round wire catch, marked with a partially legible logo
