Constructed of red wool, trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with white piping, bordered along both the top and bottom edges by red rayon tresses bearing golden yellow celleon oak leaves, overlaid by a central white rayon disc trimmed with golden yellow celleon piping, in turn bearing a black mobile swastika similarly trimmed with golden yellow celleon piping, the reverse retaining a fully
