S. O." within an embossed rule, inside lid in white satin, padded and maker marked "GARRARD & Co. Ltd.", the base incorporating a medal bed in violet felt, push release, dual hinged, measuring 125 mm (w) x 65 mm (h) x 23 mm (d), scuff mark on the lid, near extremely fine.
