The man in the picture can be identified by his collar tabs and shoulder straps as a Zughauptfhrer (6th highest rank, out of 12). On his left arm he wears the Postschutz Enlisted Mans Sleeve Eagle. Note the Postschutz dagger, which was commissioned in 1939. He also wears a Hindenburg Cross ribbon. The
