Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, trimmed with black and white threaded piping, and pinned with a single silvered rank pip, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 50 mm (l), the reverse bearing the remnants of an adhesive, in uniform removed and near extremely fine condition.
