Constructed of light blue cotton rayon blended cloth, the exterior bearing a machine embroidered eight pointed white starburst, overlaid by a black mobile swastika, the reverse bearing embroidered white numerals 32, otherwise unmarked, measuring 20 cm (w) x 10 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, in near mint condition.
