Constructed of gilded silver, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Maltese Cross with pebbled arms, both the obverse and reverse with central medallions depicting the coat of arms of Wilhelm II, unmarked, measuring 41. 00 mm (w) x 42. 07 mm (h), weighing 12. 1 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
