In bronze gilt, a maltese cross with ball finials, the obverse medallion presenting the monogram AV with surrounding inscription MEMORIA DULCIS (Sweet Memory), the reverse bears the dates D. 6 JANUARII 1653, D. 24 JULII 1760, measures 40mm (w) x 39. 5 mm (h), light wear, original ribbon, very fine.
