A unique Messerschmitt 110 trench art plaque, consisting of a piece of non ferrous black painted metal retrieved from the wreckage of the aircraft which has been cut into a swastika, above a serial number plate, both riveted to a lacquered wooden plaque, bearing a white inscription of MESSERSCHMITT 110 IZG 26, 6TH SEPTEMBER 1940, the reverse with a red felt liner, topped by a bronzed magnetic metal suspension loop,
