Croatia, Independent State. An Order Of The Iron Trefoil, I Class, C.1941 United Republic of Dark brown plasticInstituted December 27, 1941. A Croatian trefoil in black iron with thin silver edges, obverse center presenting the Croatian crest in a checkerboard style of red enamel with silver with a superimposed U in blue enamel, measuring 51 x 51mm, mounted on a full length of original neck ribbon. Minor imperfections to black lacquer, pilled off in places as is usually case with this Award. In very good fine condition. Highest Croatian Award during WWII,
