Domaine Maryline & Christophe Billon, Cote-Rotie La Brocarde, 2017 Matthiasson Fall 2024 raised in stainless steel withoutLa Brocarde sits in the northwest section of Cte Rtie, neighboring the famed Cte Brune. Made from Syrah with Viognier, this wine expresses extroverted minerality alongside bright red fruits and refined tannins. The 2017 vintage shows complexity with heady mineral notes, oak, and dark cherry aromas. Strong acidity and structured tannins balance the power on the palate.
