Multi piece construction, in silver with red, white and black enamels, hallmarked with a trident on the pin, centrepiece insignia illustrating a cross surrounded by the French inscription "talant de bl faire" within a wreath of laurel leaves, backed by a nine pointed star, mounted to a nine pointed star base, each star point with five emanating rays, with a single emanating ray between
