It is dated to June 5, 1943 and carries a facsimile of the Leader of U boats West, Captain at Sea Hans Rudolf Rsing (19052004), a recipient of the Knights Cross. The death notice is dated to April 7, 1943, the sender who signed in blue ink is the Commander of the 6th U boat
