Reuss, Principality. An Honour Cross, I Class Grand Cross Sash Archive Cross of Merit(Frstlich Reussisches Ehrenkreuz). Instituted in 1869. A Mid 20th Century sash fabricated from silk, incorporating a decorative moir pattern, with a maroonish purple field throughout, a band with a ribbon tie sewn in place near the bottom end for the placement of the badge, measuring 101 mm wide x 820 mm in length, vibrant colour, intact stitching, extremely fine. This offering is a part of the "Dr. Albert Goodwin Collection", a preeminent assemblage
