Apollo's Praise is the project of celebrated Finger Lakes winemakers Kelby James Russell and Julia Rose Hoyle, who in 2023 acquired the 20 acre Lahoma Vineyard on the west side of Seneca Lake. The name nods to a Harvard Glee Club anthem from Kelby's undergraduate years. Their Nutt Road Vineyard Dry Ros is sourced from a Cabernet Franc planting on the Dresden Bench farmed by Peter Martini of Anthony Road fruit
