Constructed of silvered bronze, of multi piece composition, consisting of a buckle with the obverse bearing a central raised German national eagle, overlaid by a mobile swastika, clutching a sword and lightning bolts, set within a circular laurel leaf wreath, the reverse with a loop accommodating swivel attachment claws, with an additional clip retaining a loop meeting an analogous clip emanating from a belt, unmarked,
