A modern nose, subdued but complex, nectarine and lemon zest with gently toasted hazelnuts. It is all about fruit and texture, stone fruit galore, nectarine, apricot and peach with a loving touch of citrus. The mouthfeel is perfection with a crisp acid line. It is drinking perfectly now, but will continue to evolve until 2025+ if well cellared. Pairings: Excellent with pork, vegetables,
