Famille Mousse, Champagne Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut "L'Orage" [2021], NV July12Offer mineral finish that makes itMade entirely from Chardonnay from 12 crus, this 2021 vintage extra brut cuve tells the story of one of the vintage's harshest seasons. Hailstorms, spring frosts, and mildew wiped out 85% of Maison Mouss's harvest, prompting 11 top producers to donate their fruit. Aged 24 months on the lees in stainless steel, it opens with floral notes and lemon candy before revealing a linear, balanced palate with brightness and ripeness floating through the finish.
