Beykush farms in the village of Chornomorka, in the Mykolaiv region, and Artania is their most ambitious red: a blend built around Merlot and Tempranillo, rounded out with Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a splash of the rare Bulgarian crossing Rubin. The grapes are hand picked in mid October at full ripeness, and each
