Constructed of silver, the obverse bearing a raised German national eagle circumscribed by an inscription of REPUBLIK PREUSSEN (REPUBLIC OF PRUSSIA), the reverse bearing a central raised inscription of FR RETTUNG AUS GEFAHR (FOR RESCUE FROM DANGER), situated within a circular oak leaf wreath executed in high
