An India Mutiny Medal to Patrick Ryan, 53rd Regt., Severely Wounded 1857 Auction Lieutenant Colonel Dietrich HrabakIn silver, rim officially impressed PATK RYAN, 53RD REGT, full size, worn on original ribbon, very dark patina to the outer edge of the obverse and reverse, light contact marks and scratches, very fine condition. Footnote: Patrick Ryan, 53rd Foot (Shopshire), service number 3561 is on the Medal Roll for the India Mutiny Medal. He previously served with the 96th Foot (no. 2487). He was severely wounded on October 30, 1857. Ryan was discharged. During
