This Cream Sherry blends Palomino and Pedro Ximnez, aged in a solera system for depth and integration. The PX adds natural sweetness, balancing the dry structure of Palomino. Smooth and rounded, its ideal as an after dinner pour or with blue cheese and nuts. A classic example of the sweet sherry style.
