This Klsch recipe kit comes with every pre measured ingredient you need to brew Martin's Hoppy Kolsch, a 5 gallon all grain batch, from grain to glass. This Kolsch came out of a collaboration with City Brew Tours. It keeps the Cologne template, an ale fermented warm then cold conditioned like a lager, which leaves it pale, delicate, and faintly fruity with a dry finish. Where it strays
