The three large flower heads are circular cabochons of sorts

The cabochons and their settings have similarities with Max Neiger pieces, but I can't see enough features to suggest this is a Neiger brothers production. It is a really unusual piece though, perhaps suggesting a cross over between organic Art Nouveau pins and the more classic Art Deco filigree Czech brooches. This brooch has a length of about 2 1 4
