Just in time for Oktoberfest, comes a limited edition cheese from producer Albert Kraus, Bierdeckle! Bierdeckle is a beer washed cheese created to help celebrate the Fall harvest festival. Albert has partnered with local brewery Klier Bru, located just under an hour from his dairy, to source a wonderful Hefeweizen beer for the wash. The cheese is aged for approximately six months. While the cheese is
