"Japanese Spring" Santoku SABOL Brothers countoured wooden handle is rivetedJapanese spring inspired Santoku with a 20 cm blade that is made from N690 stainless steel. The blade has been laser etched with a Japanese spring inspired design. The handle is made from a hybrid stabilised Karelian birch resin material in brown hues. Handle and blade are separated by a brass bolster. Weight: approx. 295 grams
