Incredibly stylish and timeless, the sunburst panels are typical of the Portuguese style and have been expertly carved. The core Portuguese occupation did not expand beyond Southern India, however, this cabinet comes from Gujarat further north showing how trade and styles transcended regional borders. Diu became a Portuguese colony
