Does not include springs, eyes, nor any other accessories purchased separately. These come fully hinged and ready to use no need to purchase extra hinge sets. Printed in matte bone by default, but you may request black white at no upcharge or a custom color at an extra cost including effect filaments. Keep in mind other colors have a shiny finish.
