Cuprite on copper-bearing Dolomite Kutnohorite or Russian mineralsHere we have a wonderful matrix specimen of Cuprite featuring a sharp, well formed, dodecahedral crystal group of a dark metallic red hue measuring 1. 2 cm aesthetically perched atop matrix and associated with mint green colored copper bearing Dolomite. With strong backlighting, the Cuprite shows a slight bit of translucency around the edges, revealing a brighter red color. The combination of Cuprite with copper bearing Dolomite is RARE from Tsumeb,
