Imperial Gunpowder Loose Leaf Green Tea in Caddy Cooking Give to a special personThis traditional Chinese tea is named after its distinctive shape, said to resemble gunpowder. The fresh tea leaves are steamed, tightly rolled and dried in steel pans over a fire. Once infused in hot water, they unfurl and release their delicate flavour, creating a delightfully fresh tasting green tea. Use one tea spoon of tea leaves per person. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 3 4 minutes. Best served without milk. 125g Ingredients Green Tea
