We capture it by distilling our neighbors at Wayside Farms hand picked red raspberries, honeyberries and chokeberries with our house made Neutral Spirit before adding it to a white oak barrel for finishing and mellowing. The berries take on some creamy wood lactones and vanilla notes from aging, resulting in a delightful, tart yet sweet cordial. 44 Proof 22% ABV
