White enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands, alarm subsidiary below, 72 hour movement with alarm, brass case surmounted by a handle and inset with beveled glass panels to all sides. Oval beveled viewing window to see the original platform balance in action. Age: circa 1890 Approx 13cms
