Natural Smoked Haddock Type:Fresh Our special Cajun-Glazed Salmon FilletsTraditionally smoked Scottish Haddock, undyed and free from artificial preservatives. Its firm, flaky texture and wonderful flavour are the key to fantastic fish pies and top class kedgeree. The salt curing and smoking processes impart loads of flavour to the haddock, and also make its flesh quite a bit firmer than fresh fish.
