Inspired by photographs perfumer Christle Jacquemin took in Okubo, Japan, an isolated hamlet in the Japanese Alps, where she stayed for a month in a traditional house converted into artists' residence. After months of frenzy, she was catapulted overnight back to France in a slowness that made her lose ground under her feet. Giving herself a moment to regroup and reflect, she then translated time and emotions
