Dominican Rum 10 Year Old 2013 Thompson Bros 54.8% 70cl Pierre Ferrand honeyed cereal and light spicesA beautiful 10 year old Dominican rum from an undisclosed distillery. Distilled in 2013, the liquid was then left to mature in Madeira casks and bottled by Thompson Bros. Bottled at 54. 8% and limited to 412 bottles. Nose: Cacao nibs, medjool dates and min leaves. Palate: Cinnamon sticks, chamomile and cloves. Finish: More dried fruits and star anise.
