Replacement Mailbox Flag mailbox Package includes Waldo XL CustomReplacement mailbox flag with hardware for Waldo + Bailey style mailboxes. Installation Remove the outer shell to access the flag. There are six screws (three on each side) that connect the outer shell to the inner kit on the underside of the mailbox. You will remove the six screws and then slide the outer shell off the inner kit. Once the shell is off, you will see where the flag is installed on the right side of the mailbox. Use a Phillips head
