Description

This great patch comes from the French Air Force and features a skeleton or grim reaper running with a scythe in hand

Please note that the glass tray also has some minor scratching

The backs of the bookends are marked "Pat Pend" (Patent Pending) and there is an artist's signature that I can't quite make out on the bottom

There is a heavy patina throughout that adds to its immense character

and could be even better when cleaned up and repainted
