Novum, Chardonnay, 2023 feed-cl0-New Zealand Sourced predominantly from the MountThe 2021 Novum Chardonnay is flinty and mineral, made with fruit sourced from a tiny parcel in Marlborough's Central Wairau plains. This is a million miles away from the supermarket Sauvignon Blanc that put Marlborough on the map. Finely textured, with fresh acidity and notes of pear, oatmeal, lemon curd and a stony finish. It pays homage to the elegant styles of Burgundy, whilst remaining a true celebration of New Zealands terroir.
