Cobra, 4" slip-on mufflers with Race Pro end caps - 17-23 Touring 923823 USE WITH DELPHI PACKHARD CONNECTORSChrome. These RPTs (Race Pro Tips) are 4" diameter that expand to 4 1 2" RPTs. The 3" core technique is far beyond the louvered metal tubes, which enabled Cobra to engineer and use high frequency sound chattering technique in the high flow core to enhance the lower mellow tones. The results is a muffler system that offers great sound quality without mid range distortion or raspy irritation.
