Franois Pinon took over the family domaine in 1987, converting the estate to certified organic viticulture in 2007. He unfortunately passes earlier this year, and his son Julien, who had been working along side his father for several years, has taken the reins, continuing his father focus on farming and age worthy winemaking. The Vouvray Sec comes from a small
