I am not 100% sure on this one but my best guess is an early South Bend Best O Luck #918 Underwater Minnow. It came from a case of early South Bend baits I acquired. Lure is used with some wear as shown but still ok shape. About 3" wood body. Prop is unmarked. See photos and add to your collection. Best O Luck was the economy line of South Bend.
