Snow Flurry Canvas the original photograph was signedA painting inspired by the snowy weather this winter and walks in the beautiful landscapes of the Ceiriog and Dee valleys and Offa's Dyke, close to my home. I used layers of acrylics with the addition of oil pastels and collage, and then partially removed and cut into the surface to reflect the light, shapes and textures. The painting is on a cradled panel measuring 40 x 40 x 4 cm. The second image shows a detail.
