In this edition an Ex bourbon cask was seasoned with Hojicha tea which is a famous roasted green tea from Kyoto Japan which has a sweet nutty flavour. The whisky tastes like sweet roasted chestnuts and the finish is quite spicy like a virgin oak whisky.
